At IONIX, we understand your concerns about the quality and autonomy of electric bike batteries. That's why we've set up a battery rental system that guarantees you worry-free mobility. Thanks to our long experience in the rental of electric bikes for heavy-duty deliveries, we have developed a unique battery rental service.
When you buy an electric bike from one of our authorized dealers, you have the option of renting the battery directly from us. In the event of a problem with your battery, we provide a replacement service within 24 hours, whatever the cause of the breakdown. Once your battery has been repaired, we'll send it back to you free of charge.
A new battery every 24 months
What's more, our annual rental contract entitles you to a new battery every 24 months, allowing you to benefit from the latest advances in battery technology. If you're interested in this revolutionary formula, just let your IONIX dealer know when you buy your electric bike.
This option allows you to combine the purchase of your electric bike with a battery rental package, for only €50 more per year than the initial price of the bike. Your IONIX dealer will help you fill in the battery rental contract and understand the terms and conditions of this service.
